TSSCI Automation Tester

Job Description An employer is looking for a Senior Automation Tester to sit 100% on site in Arlington, VA. The Automation Tester will join a high impact program focused on building and maintaining automated testing frameworks for mission critical applications. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test suites across multiple environments to ensure system quality, performance, and reliability. The Automation Tester will lead and support QA team efforts, collaborate closely with development and cross functional teams, and identify, document, and drive resolution of defects throughout the SDLC. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Selenium based automation for web, API, database, desktop, and mobile applications; integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab or Bitbucket; enhancing frameworks, implementing TDD practices, and ensuring testing aligns with organizational best practices. The ideal candidate is a self motivated testing professional with 5+ years of hands on test automation experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role.
