Position Description:
Dedicated resource to support the design, testing, implementation, documentation, and continuous enhancement of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements, risk methodology, and future-state operating model objectives. Support the design, enhancement, and optimization of TPRM workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk SMEs, and technology teams to document, validate, and implement TPRM workflow requirements and enhancements. Assist in configuring and testing ServiceNow workflow changes to support evolving TPRM processes, controls, and business requirements. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, and coordinate issue resolution to ensure successful deployment of workflow enhancements. Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, business requirements, desktop job aids, and training materials related to ServiceNow TPRM functionality. Support the translation of TPRM methodology and process requirements into scalable, automated workflows within ServiceNow. Identify opportunities to streamline manual activities through workflow automation, improved routing, system controls, and enhanced user experience. Monitor workflow performance and user feedback, documenting enhancement opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and process consistency. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Information Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Technology, to support end-to-end TPRM workflow integration. Assist with data validation, reporting requirements, metrics, and workflow governance activities to support program oversight and continuous improvement.
