Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Test Proctor & Office Assistant to join our educational support team. In this vital role, you will oversee standardized testing procedures, ensuring a secure and smooth testing environment while providing exceptional administrative support within the office. Responsibilities Proctor standardized tests by verifying test-taker identities, distributing test materials, and monitoring testing sessions to uphold test security and integrity Assist test-takers with instructions, technical issues, and logistical questions to ensure a seamless testing experience Maintain strict confidentiality of all test materials and sensitive information throughout the testing process Operate video conferencing systems when administering remote or hybrid assessments, ensuring smooth connectivity and functionality Support office operations by managing appointments, answering inquiries, and handling correspondence with professionalism and clarity Prepare testing environments by setting up materials, organizing supplies, and ensuring compliance with testing protocols Document testing activities accurately through detailed reports, logs, and records for accountability and audit purposes Experience Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for record keeping and communication Experience administering standardized tests or working within educational assessment environments is preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively assist test-takers and collaborate with team members Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Background in customer service or adult education enhances the ability to support diverse test-taker needs Join us in delivering a secure, supportive testing environment while providing essential administrative assistance. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
