Job Description We are seeking a QA Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and executing test plans, test automation, and defect management and a proven ability to identify root causes of software issues and drive resolution across teams .

Responsibilities:

Design comprehensive test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures. Test system modifications to prepare for implementation and release. Develop testing programs that address database impacts, software scenarios, and usability. Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report issues to developers. Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screens, or content. Monitor bug resolution efforts and track outcomes to closure. Create and maintain databases of known test defects and test results. Plan test schedules and strategies aligned to project scope and delivery dates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency with QA methodologies, test planning, and execution, including defect tracking tools. Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time, and provide basic mentoring and constructive feedback. Knowledge of computer hardware and software concepts and development practices. Familiarity with design techniques and tools used in technical documentation and planning. Knowledge of engineering principles and the practical application of technology in testing contexts. Experience with development or scripting languages such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Linux shell, or JavaScript. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:
