The Opportunity We're looking for smart, creative, and driven engineers to test new safety and notification features for InformaCast, to solve difficult test automation problems, and to improve the speed and reliability with which we release new features to our customers. InformaCast covers a wide technical footprint: cloud and on-premises notification delivery, incident management for active emergencies, wearable panic button hardware (BLE/LoRaWAN), mobile/desktop applications, IP phone/speaker integrations, and enterprise-scale administrative tools. What You Will Do Find and document bugs in everything you look at, with or without automation Write clean, reusable automated API and UI tests Maintain existing test suites, investigate failures, and improve test reliability Create and improve tooling to effectively test our system at scale Collaborate with a cross-functional team to make decisions on features, design, technology, and architecture Contribute to internal documentation about the product
