Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a small QA/Test team, providing technical guidance, workload coordination, and support for professional development.
Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities for embedded systems, industrial electronics, firmware, software applications, and user-facing tools.
Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, automated test scripts, and quality documentation to support new and existing products.
Partner with engineering, product management, manufacturing, field service, and technical support teams to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.
Evaluate release readiness through defect reviews, regression testing, root cause analysis, and quality metrics while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent experience will be considered.5+ years of experience testing embedded systems, industrial electronics, hardware/software products, or other complex technical systems.
Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating QA, testing, validation, or quality engineering teams.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret requirements, logs, diagnostics, schematics, and technical documentation.
Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies. Experience with embedded Linux, C/C++, industrial communications, test automation frameworks, or utility-related products is highly preferred.

Our solutions are used by electric utilities, power generation facilities, industrial organizations, and critical infrastructure providers that depend on reliable monitoring of power system assets.
