Candidates who join KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business before the spin-off will transition to Trinzic when the separation is complete and will not need to reapply for employment. Program Summary KBR's Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems (MAGS) division delivers mission engineering solutions for critical U.S. Army programs, specializing in aviation and ground systems, integrated air and missile defense, and threat and target systems. As a trusted partner of the U.S. Department of War, MAGS provides innovative, technology-driven solutions to enhance national security. With a global presence and a strong ethical framework, KBR ensures secure, effective, and mission-ready capabilities worldwide. Job Summary As a Weapons System Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to the Army's Integrated Air and Missile Defense mission. You will evaluate system functional area performance data from Live Firings, Ground Testing, Simulation Exercises, and Real-World Events and produce system assessments. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail who enjoys a challenge and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additionally, this position requires effective collaboration and communication skills. We are seeking a motivated individual who can proactively identify and solve complex challenges. Join the team, and you will influence the capabilities of the Army's Integrated Air and Missile Defense portfolio. Roles and Responsibilities

+ Develop a deep understanding of the Weapons System including its requirements and operations

+ Define metrics and analyze data to assess system performance

+ Provide direct support to the Warfighter by responding to Requests for Information including analyzing Real-World data and collaborating with the team to provide recommendations for enhanced performance

+ Support test events (Live Firings, Ground Tests, Simulations) by defining requirements and objectives, executing tests, analyzing system performance, and generating test reports

+ Prepare and present briefings to various audiences, including USG, Warfighters, and high levels of leadership

+ Review and track software changes and system requirements

+ May participate in the development of technical proposals for new and/or existing business opportunities Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related STEM field plus 3-5 years of experience supporting Missile Defense System Analysis, program execution, or related defense operations.

+ Ability to travel up to 15%

+ Candidate must be a US Citizen

+ Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in Fire Control analysis for a major Missile Defense System, including analysis of Flight Tests/Ground Tests, Simulations, and Real-World Data
