Job Description

Corporate Systems AdministratorBrief Profile of Employer Our client is a leading integrated and independent renewable energy power producer in the United States. The company operates as an end-to-end project development, construction, financing, and operating organization, producing utility-scale renewable power across a diverse range of technologies. Its operating portfolio includes several gigawatts of wind, solar, and battery storage projects, with a significant energy storage capacity. The company predominantly operates projects within major U.S. energy markets, with a presence across multiple regions. Overview of Position Our client is seeking a Corporate Systems Administrator to be the go-to person responsible for keeping its finance and corporate technology stack running smoothly as the organization grows. In this role, you will be a trusted resource for corporate teams, owning day-to-day system administration while helping shape the configuration and integration of new tools as the company scales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making systems "just work," solving problems, supporting users, and gaining broad exposure to a growing company's technology environment. Duties and ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration Manage day-to-day administration of corporate systems, including user access and provisioning, configuration settings, integration settings, and overall system health. Support corporate platforms covering accounting, finance, procurement, HR, legal, and related business functions. Monitor system performance and integrations, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users. Manage user onboarding and offboarding, as well as permissions changes across corporate systems, in coordination with HR and department leaders. Data Integrity & Master Data Management Maintain master data integrity across platforms, including legal entities, chart of accounts, vendor data, and reporting master data. Perform regular reviews of master data to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, or errors. Work closely with accounting teams during the monthly close process and data-load activities into consolidation, budgeting, and planning software. Establish and document data governance standards and change-control processes for master data updates. System Integration & Implementation Support Support the integration of new systems and tools as additional platforms are introduced, including data mapping, testing, and go-live support. Partner with IT, vendors, and functional teams to ensure new integrations align with existing workflows. Troubleshoot integration failures across corporate systems and trace issues to root cause across source and destination systems. Vendor & Release Management Support the management of major corporate IT vendors, including enhancement backlogs, SLA monitoring, ticket response times, and release updates that may impact internal teams. Serve as the internal point of contact for vendor-related escalations and coordinate resolution with appropriate stakeholders. Review vendor release notes and product roadmaps, communicating relevant changes to affected teams in advance. End-User Support Serve as a functional resource for system-related questions, troubleshooting, and end-user support across the organization. Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials to promote user self-sufficiency. Triage and resolve issues in a timely manner, escalating complex issues when appropriate. Continuous Improvement Partner with software vendors to understand system capabilities and identify process improvements based on system usage patterns and user feedback. Identify configuration changes or enhancements that can improve efficiency, controls, and the overall user experience. Support the evaluation and implementation of new tools and features as business needs evolve. Skills & Experience Experience administering ERP, procurement, treasury, or other corporate/finance systems. Experience with systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Planful, Kyriba, CounselLink, or similar platforms is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of master data management principles and data governance best practices. Comfortable working with system integrations and basic data-mapping concepts. Familiarity with APIs and middleware tools is a plus. Strong track record of training and supporting a variety of system users. Experience managing vendor relationships, SLAs, and support ticket workflows. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting/BI tools such as Power BI. Experience implementing new software and supporting releases or version upgrades is a plus. Relevant Attributes Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy and system reliability. Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to investigate root causes rather than simply addressing symptoms. Excellent communicator who can translate technical issues into clear, plain language. Service-minded and responsive, with a genuine interest in helping colleagues succeed. Highly organized and able to manage multiple systems, vendors, and requests without losing track of details. Curious and proactive, looking for opportunities to improve processes rather than waiting to be asked. Adaptable and eager to grow into areas including data analytics, reporting, automation, and AI as the role evolves. Positive attitude and a willingness
