Job Description

Position Summary:
This is a PAID part-time hourly internship . M3 is not sponsoring any type of work visa.
Basic Duties:
Commitment of a minimum of 12 hours and no more than 25 hours per week, scheduled work hours must be within normal office hours, no weekends or evenings. Work schedule will revolve around scheduled classes and will change with each semester accordingly. M3 is seeking a motivated and technically curious Management Information Systems (MIS) Intern to help maximize the capabilities of the UKG Ready human resources information system. This individual will take a hands-on approach to learning the systems features, tools, and reporting capabilities, support data clean up, assist with developing workflows, develop user guides, and help develop useful reports and dashboards.

The ideal candidate enjoys exploring technology, solving problems, documenting processes, and translating technical information into clear, practical instructions for others.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors university program and pursing a degree in MIS, IT, Business Analytics, HRIS or related field to qualify. Ideal candidates are students who are at least in their second semester of their Sophomore through their Senior year. Clean Driving Record. Valid Driver License. Must be able to work in a project team and maintain a project schedule, be a self-starter, detailed-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills. Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision.
