Job Description:

Provide Tier 2 desktop support for computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues, perform system installations and upgrades, manage user accounts, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets. Requires strong Windows, Active Directory, and customer support experience.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
