This position is on-site in El Segundo, CA. The Configuration Manager will oversee technical baseline management, configuration control, and systems engineering processes supporting mission-critical space capabilities. Responsibilities for the Configuration Manager include: Conduct and maintain Configuration Management (CM) of program technical baselines. Manage and track changes to technical data using enterprise configuration management tools. Provide systems engineering expertise throughout the system lifecycle, from concept development through operations and sustainment. Support technical oversight of design, development, integration, testing, production, and sustainment activities. Collaborate with engineering teams utilizing MBSE methodologies to manage technical data and program documentation. Required Qualifications for the Configuration Manager include: 7+ years of experience in Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, or related technical disciplines. Experience managing technical baselines and utilizing configuration management tools. Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies. Experience with software verification and validation (V&V), software licensing management, and technical data control. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field (additional experience may be substituted for degree requirements). Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain SAP access. Compensation for the Configuration Manager include:

Salary Range:

$160,000-190,000 annually depending on experience and level
