Job description: Data & File Systems Analyst (60-Day Contract)

We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and computer-savvy individual to join our team in a temporary capacity. This role is vital to enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our vendor management systems.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will support the organization and maintenance of a large volume of vendor documentation (over 1,000 vendors). Your efforts will directly contribute to the integrity and reliability of our vendor database.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, digitize, label, and categorize vendor files in alignment with internal standards. Conduct data reconciliation activities to identify and resolve discrepancies between datasets. Ensure all documentation is organized, accurate, and easy to access. Identify and flag missing, outdated, or incomplete documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain and validate required documents. Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold data integrity when handling sensitive information. Provide regular progress updates and meet established project milestones.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and file management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Background in technology or experience in a tech-enabled environment (e.g., ERP systems, data warehouses, etc.) Comfortable in working with large volumes of data . Familiarity with digital file systems, data organization, or basic computer analytics is preferred. Experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
