Job Description
Senior Systems Analyst Sellers & Associates, LLC 95000.00 To 105000.00 (USD) Annually United States, California, San Diego Sep 17, 2026 Sellers & Associates is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to provide senior-level systems analysis and technical support for Navy acquisition, training, and Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) initiatives supporting C4I ratings. The Senior Systems Analyst will serve as a key liaison among NAVWAR, NETC, Learning Centers, USFFC, NAVIFOR, APM-Ts, and other stakeholders to support the development, review, and implementation of Career Long Learning Continuum (CLLC) and RRL products. The position requires extensive shipboard C4I and Navy training experience, with responsibility for reviewing curriculum and training artifacts for technical accuracy, content completeness, doctrine compliance, and teachability; monitoring program progress and risks; developing performance metrics; and independently supporting high-visibility and mission-critical program requirements.

Top Secret Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide specialized systems analytical support to Navy acquisition programs and Department of Defense (DoD) organizations. Work independently on high-visibility and mission-critical aspects of assigned programs while performing required functional duties with minimal supervision. Attend CLLC and RRL Content Review workshops supporting C4I ratings. Review CLLC, RRL, and curriculum artifacts for content completeness, technical accuracy, doctrine compliance, consistency, and teachability. Serve as a liaison with

leadership regarding RRL progress, issues, risks, and overall program status. Develop and maintain metrics to track product quality, program performance, milestones, and schedule adherence. Coordinate with NETC and applicable Learning Centers regarding RRL efforts for C4I ratings on behalf of the Systems Command (SYSCOM). Coordinate with USFFC and NAVIFOR on matters related to RRL product development for C4I ratings on behalf of the SYSCOM. Coordinate with applicable Assistant Program Managers for Training (APM-Ts) whose systems fall within the scope of RRL projects. Collaborate with other Training Systems Program Office (TSPO) RRL support contractors to identify, document, and share lessons learned, best practices, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Support communication and coordination among program offices, training organizations, Fleet stakeholders, and other organizations involved in C4I training development and implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of shipboard C4I experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Navy training experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active or ability to maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to understand, learn, and apply technical concepts to assigned duties and program requirements.
