Job Description
- General Responsibility Keep asset records accurate and up‑to‑date at all times Create and maintain asset master records in NERP (SAP) Ensure proper documentation of all asset movements
- Asset Request Processing Receive asset requests and create tickets Assign tickets to the IT Help Desk for setup and provisioning
- Asset Delivery & Collection Deliver and collect assets from employee cubicles, labs, conference rooms, etc. Package and ship assets to remote offices and users. Track delivery and return status
- Inventory & Asset Tracking Maintain accurate inventory records in Fixed Asset Management System (FAMS) / SAP Update asset status (assigned, in stock, returned, disposed) Track assignment to users and departments
- Asset Registration & Labeling Register new assets in
FAMS / SAP
Attach barcode/asset labels Upload asset details and photos into the system- Audit Support Support monthly and periodic asset audits Perform physical asset checks (semi‑annual) Identify discrepancies and report issues
- SSD / Storage Asset Handling Verify SSD deliveries and record serial numbers per Business Request (BR) in FAMS Label and distribute SSDs to designated users or teams
- Basic Procurement Support Request resupply of accessories (keyboard, mouse, etc.) Confirm deliveries against purchase orders and investment PO in FAMS
- Asset Recovery & Issue Handling Follow up on unreturned assets Report lost or damaged assets Conduct basic investigations and gather information
- Data Handling Perform data wiping or coordinate with the IT team before asset reuse or disposal
- Loss & Theft Management Identify lost or stolen assets Conduct investigations and submit reports Required Qualifications Experience 2‑4 years in a related field Education Bachelor's degree (required) Technical Skills SAP database experience (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Core Competencies Strong organization & multitasking Detail‑oriented with high accuracy Excellent communication & teamwork Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines Personal Attributes Inclusive mindset, adaptable to global cultures Curious learner, data‑driven problem solver Collaborative, supportive, open‑minded Innovative, creative, quick to adapt to change What We Offer A dynamic, inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
