Full-Time, On-Site at Government Facility (Telework by COR approval only) Position Overview INTECON is seeking a Configuration Analyst II to manage configuration and data management for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) at Mission Delta 6, Schriever SFB and Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs. The analyst maintains the CSSP SharePoint Community of Practice on NIPRNet and SIPRNet, controls the lifecycle of contractor-generated records, tracks configuration changes across the CSSP artifact baseline, and supports the annual
USCYBERCOM
Maintenance and Sustainment deliverable required under DoDM 8530.01. Roles and Responsibilities Submit all unclassified documentation and deliverables to the Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) NIPRNet SharePoint or information management platform; submit all classified documentation to the CSSP SIPRNet SharePoint or information management platform in accordance with
PWS 2.8.5.
Maintain the CSSP SharePoint Community of Practice (COP) as the authoritative repository for CSSP compliance artifacts supporting continuous monitoring of Enterprise System Management (ESM) compliance. Create, maintain, deliver, and dispose of Government-required documents, records, and reports used for accomplishment of task order requirements in accordance with
PWS 2.8.3
; provide original records or reproducible copies within five working days of Government request. Execute configuration and data management processes across CSSP artifact baselines, including version control, change tracking, review workflows, and archival. Author and submit Air Force Technical Order (AFTO) Form 22 (Technical Manual Change Recommendation and Reply) and AFTO Form 252 (Technical Order Publication Change Request) to report and correct deficiencies in published Technical Orders concerning DCO tools in accordance with
TO 00-5-1, TO
00-5-3, and
MIL-STD 38784.
Maintain, update, and expand Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) documenting disciplined, mature, and continuously improving processes for administering CSSP contract efforts, with emphasis on cost-efficiency, schedule, performance, responsiveness, and consistently high-quality delivery. Support the annual
USCYBERCOM
Maintenance and Sustainment deliverable required under DoDM 8530.01, providing updated subscriber lists, alignment matrices, command communications service designators, cloud environment parameters, network architecture, and key SOPs and TTPs. Support configuration integrity of the
USSF CSSP
Alignment Plan and associated documentation as CSSP services, DCO-S, and mission systems evolve. Track CSSP Service Level Agreement (SLA) lifecycle and compliance artifacts; maintain the SLA baseline and change history. Support quality assurance of CSSP products, presentations, policies, and reports for consistency, version control, and configuration accuracy. Prepare CSSP Working Group meeting minutes and program review records; ensure repository entries are current and accessible to CSSP and system owner stakeholders. Coordinate with contractor and Government stakeholders to enforce document handling requirements including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) markings per DoD 5200.48, DoDI 5200.1, and
AFI 61-204.
Support all deliverable submission, review, revision, and re-submittal cycles in accordance with the schedules established in the PWS Deliverable Table. Required Qualifications Certification requirements in accordance with the DoD 8140 publication series (DODD 8140.01, DODI 8140.02, DODM 8140.03) applicable to the assigned cyber work role, held at the required level at the time of performance. Demonstrated journeyman-level experience performing configuration management, data management, or records control for DoD cybersecurity, cyberspace operations, or systems engineering programs. Hands-on experience administering DoD SharePoint sites across NIPRNet and SIPRNet as configuration or artifact repositories. Working knowledge of Air Force Technical Order processes including AFTO Form 22 and AFTO Form 252, TO 00-5-1, TO 00-5-3, and
MIL-STD 38784.
Demonstrated experience authoring and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and configuration/data management plans to Government-directive standards. Familiarity with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling under DoD 5200.48, DoDI 5200.1, and applicable AFI publications. Ability to operate in classified DoD environments including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and SCI enclaves. Required Education Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. Preferred Qualifications Prior configuration management experience supporting the USSF CSSP, Mission Delta 6, Space Operations Command (SpOC), or any DoD-approved Cybersecurity Service Provider. Experience with SharePoint Community of Practice (COP) sites supporting DoD compliance programs. Familiarity with eMASS and CSSP compliance artifact management. Experience supporting annual
USCYBERCOM

Compensation Disclaimer:
The salary range listed reflects a broad span to account for variations in experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, and other job-related factors. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with both company guidelines and contractual rate restrictions established by the Government or customer.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
