The IT Intern role is an interdisciplinary role and will support Ready Foods' vision of building a best-in-class infrastructure and smart manufacturing ecosystem. This role will support the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations. This position will report to the Chief Information Officer.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide technical support for main offices and plants in both a legacy IT environment and the modern workplace consisting of office and plant networks, servers and application environments. Work closely with all various functional departments to implement operational requirements for new and existing IT systems. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify data-driven insights that contribute to process optimization and improvement. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Qualifications Must be enrolled in a degree program in an Information Technology related field or pursuing a similar field of study. Knowledge of desktop systems, cybersecurity concepts, data analysis. Ability to collaborate with internal teams to develop short duration projects. Experience solving technical problems and identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes.
