Responsibilities :
The Senior Clinical Systems Analyst - Healthy Planet serves as the primary technical partner focused on Value based care and Care Coordination. This position plays a key role in understanding operational needs, documenting design requirements, and implementing end user solutions. Partners with other IS application teams to advise on Compass Rose and Quality related workflows. Defines requirements, engages with other teams, completes build and provides testing support. The Senior Analyst provides advanced analysis, workflow design, system configuration, troubleshooting, project leadership, and serves as Tier 2/3 support for issues identified. Duties include participating in Epic upgrades, leading testing cycles, developing documentation, and optimizing Patient Access related workflows to enhance accuracy, productivity, and data integrity.
  • Partner with Operational Care Coordination teams to design, implement, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows that support population health management, care gap closure, patient outreach, transitional care, and longitudinal care coordination activities.
  • Work closely with Operational Quality leadership and clinical stakeholders to support population health initiatives, quality improvement programs, regulatory reporting, and value-based care objectives.
Analyze quality measure performance, identify workflow improvement opportunities, design Epic Healthy Planet solutions, and develop reports, dashboards, and registries that drive actionable insights and operational outcomes.
  • Designs, builds, configures, and maintains Epic modules.
  • Identifies system issues proactively and ensures they are addressed before they affect business operations. Provides advanced troubleshooting for Epic and other applications.
  • Understands deep interdependencies between Healthy Planet workflows, upstream and downstream applications.
  • Identifies and resolves operational challenges. Propose new workflows to optimize electronic solutions
  • Leads projects including new feature rollouts and workflow redesign. Participates in the IS PMO and adheres to organizational project management methodologies.
  • Develops test scripts and validates functionality during system upgrades.
  • Completes required training and maintains Epic Certifications.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of workflows, system functionality, and operational goals.
  • Leads Healthy Planet workgroups and joins other interdisciplinary/hospital committees to drive the use and application of electronic solutions.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience Epic support is required.
  • Must have Epic Analyst Certification or able to obtain within twelve (12) months of employment.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communications skills.
Strong customer service skills.
