The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in business process documentation, project coordination, and stakeholder communication, with the versatility to serve in a scrum master capacity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordination & Reporting ▪ Prepare for and participate in Monthly Product Owner Syncs, ensuring key achievements, ongoing activities, and discussion topics are clearly highlighted. ▪ Prepare and maintain Monthly Status Reports (MSR) capturing team accomplishments, active deliverables, and upcoming milestones. ▪ Maintain and update the feature and story backlog in ServiceNow and/or JIRA, ensuring work items are accurately documented and prioritized. ▪ Provide regular updates on epic prioritization under the SMR cycle, including status tracking, risks/issues identification, and accomplishment summaries. Requirements Tracking & ServiceNow Support ▪ Support requirements gathering efforts by outlining and tracking requirements, documenting next steps, and maintaining corresponding trackers. ▪ Consolidate requirements captured during meetings and distribute them to appropriate teams in advance of subsequent meetings. ▪ Prepare and log user stories in ServiceNow Agile and JIRA based on requirements gathered from stakeholders. ▪ Assist with team coordination, consolidating action items and communicating them via designated team channels. Facilitation & Leadership ▪ Facilitate working sessions, capturing requirements and action items in real-time while screen-sharing when needed. ▪ Support the team in reviewing and following up on action items from prior meetings, with a stretch goal of independently leading discussions. Documentation & Communication ▪ Collaborate with ServiceNow Developers and DevOps specialists to produce comprehensive technical documentation covering development and operational processes. ▪ Design and facilitate training sessions for project team members and end users to enhance understanding and adoption of new systems and processes. ▪ Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, delivering timely updates on project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Clearance ▪ Active U.S. Secret security clearance required; must be clearable to Secret upon hire. Education ▪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Experience ▪ Minimum 1 year of experience in a functional analyst, business analyst, or IT service management role. Skills ▪ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities. ▪ Proficiency in preparing project reports, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. ▪ Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. ▪ Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
▪ Experience with Agile methodologies and user story creation in ServiceNow Agile and JIRA. ▪ Familiarity with DevOps processes, particularly the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) lifecycle, and supporting tools such as Jenkins and GitLab. ▪ Experience supporting DevOps processes within a ServiceNow environment. ▪ Background working with government clients, particularly DMDC or related DoD/defense sectors.

$70,170.04 - $87,021.98 per year
