Job Description

Job Summary Aerospace Technologies Group (ATG) is seeking a detail-oriented BOM (Bill of Materials) Specialist to support our manufacturing and engineering operations. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and auditing Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate product data, inventory control, and production readiness. Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) in ERP system. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and change notices to ensure BOM accuracy. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to implement product revisions and changes. Verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and procurement data. Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and configuration management processes. Conduct BOM audits and resolve discrepancies between engineering documentation and system records. Assist with new product introductions and manufacturing releases. Maintain document control and ensure data integrity across systems. Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience with BOM management, manufacturing data, production planning, or document control. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or precision manufacturing environments. Knowledge of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), revision control, and configuration management. Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO quality standards. Work Environment Fully on-site, production and office environment. Primarily desk-based, extensive computer use and data entry. Ability to sit for extended periods. Frequent collaboration and visits with other departments. Fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
