  • Summary:
  • + Independently formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on customer needs, and devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems.
+ Leads the analysis, design, testing, and documentation of new or existing applications, including system specifications and programming guidelines. + Provides technical leadership in resolving system logic issues and supports upgrades and modifications. + Ensures adherence to change management policies and takes ownership of product and implementation issues. + Serves as a mentor to junior analysts and models excellence in customer service. + Responsible for leading projects and support multiple applications or institutions, demonstrating full technical knowledge of all phases of systems analysis.

Required Experience:
  • + 8 years Planning, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Analysis of programs and software OR + 4 years Specific Systems experience with demonstrated competency in department as a Systems Analyst + OR 4 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in Computer Science field. + Required Bachelors Information Services Related; Or High School or Equivalent
  • Required Skills:
  • + Experienced in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design. + Participated in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation. + Have sound knowledge of multiple core technical areas or business processes. + Have an understanding of interface specifications.
