Yes Summary:

Independently formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on customer needs, and devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems. Leads the analysis, design, testing, and documentation of new or existing applications, including system specifications and programming guidelines. Provides technical leadership in resolving system logic issues and supports upgrades and modifications. Ensures adherence to change management policies and takes ownership of product and implementation issues. Serves as a mentor to junior analysts and models excellence in customer service. Responsible for leading projects and support multiple applications or institutions, demonstrating full technical knowledge of all phases of systems analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience:

8 years Planning, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Analysis of programs and software OR 4 years Specific Systems experience with demonstrated competency in department as a Systems Analyst OR 4 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in Computer Science field. Required Bachelors Information Services Related;

Or High School or Equivalent Required Skills:

Experienced in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design. Participated in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation.
