Job Description
Job Description The client is seeking a Project Analyst to support a large-scale, multi-year program focused on replacing legacy paint desks across stores nationwide. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating project execution, managing vendor relationships, reviewing store plans, and ensuring project milestones are completed accurately and on schedule. This role is ideal for a highly organized, action-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, managing details, and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

- Support the execution of a large-scale store modernization initiative involving paint desk replacements across our customer's retail locations.
- Review and interpret store plans to identify project requirements and ensure accurate execution.
- Place and track orders for project-related materials and equipment.
- Maintain project data and updates within MLX (internal project management platform)
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery, installation, and project completion.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively address issues that could impact timelines.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support project planning, execution, and reporting.
- Analyze project data and provide updates on progress, risks, and outstanding action items.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information accurately.
- Critical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Technical Skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including: o Pivot Tables o
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
o Data analysis and reporting- Experience managing project documentation and tracking project status.
- Familiarity with project management tools and systems is preferred. Success Profile The ideal candidate is:
