Job Description

Our Client, an Agriculture Products company, is looking for a Configuration Analyst II for their Waterloo, IA location.

Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and audit product structures, configuration rules and related data.

Implement engineering requirements, standards, and product changes within SAP, Windchill, iPPE, and related systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues impacting product builds.

Support engineering change management processes and approval workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement product requirements.

Provide guidance and training on configuration tools, processes, and best practices.

Participate in global initiatives and continuous improvement efforts focused on data quality and process efficiency.

Requirements:

Seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of product configuration, BOMs, specifications, and engineering data management processes.

Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems and workflow tools.

Understanding of engineering change management processes.

Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.

Experience with

SAP, PTC

Windchill, Creo Parametric, iPPE, or similar systems.

Knowledge of variant configuration.

Familiarity with cProjects, PPM, and workflow management tools.

Agricultural product knowledge.

Experience with process improvement and global collaboration.
