On-Site 8:00 AM - 5:00
AM What You Will Do:
Maintains a current working knowledge of designated software and end-user needs Collaborates with Information Technology to support software performance and functionality Takes accountability for software maintenance, including database support, testing, training and upgrade implementation Serves as the primary contact for support related to designated software and hardware issues What You Will Need to
Be Successful:
Two years of previous experience working with health information software, a health care IT environment Proven ability to support software and hardware in a healthcare setting
