Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capabilities integrated with Teamcenter, supporting engineering-to-order manufacturing and mission-critical program execution. Responsibilities Design and lead the integration of Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA, including engineering change management, BOM synchronization, document management, and CAD data exchange. Define and implement engineering-to-order (ETO) processes, including engineering BOMs, configuration control, variant structures, and change management workflows. Configure and support SAP Engineering Change Management (ECM), including change masters, effectivity rules, workflows, and impact analysis. Design integration solutions utilizing SAP ECTR, Teamcenter Gateway, APIs, BAPIs, and IDocs. Configure SAP Document Management System (DMS), including version control, document types, status networks, and CAD integration processes. Establish governance models for engineering data ownership, release management, and document control. Define engineering change impacts across production BOMs, routings, work orders, purchasing, and sustainment operations. Support project manufacturing processes tied to project stock, WBS elements, and material requirements. Develop PLM reporting and analytics around engineering changes, configuration management, and BOM structures. Lead workshops with engineering, production, configuration management, program management, and sustainment teams. Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, testing scripts, and implementation deliverables. Support testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live stabilization activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 6+ years of SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation and configuration experience. Experience supporting at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations. Hands-on experience integrating Teamcenter and SAP using ECTR, Gateway, APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, or similar technologies. Expertise in Engineering Change Management (ECO/ECR), BOM synchronization, material governance, and document management. Strong understanding of Engineering-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing processes. Experience integrating SAP PLM with PP, MM, PS, and CO modules. Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills. U.S. Citizenship required. Familiarity with IDIQ and Task Order contract structures. Understanding of EVMS, DoD program controls, IPMDAR, DCMA schedule assessments, and contract WBS structures. Experience with project manufacturing concepts including project stock, WBS BOMs, and assembly processing. Knowledge of SAP PMMO, PEO, Fiori, CDS Views, EPPM, CPM, or Financial Project Controls.
