POS Configuration Specialist Responsibilities:

Read and follow detailed instructions outlined on work travel sheets and staging documentation Follow ESD Procedures Receive staging and testing orders and verify that all parts, equipment, and counts are correct Set up and configure a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, scanners, printers, PCs, point-of-sale (POS) systems, battery backups, cash drawers, and tablets Follow procedures to set up and configure equipment for specific store requirements Learn and use diagnostic software to confirm equipment functionality Ensure each order meets customer-specific configuration and quality standards Complete order documentation and required paperwork Complete staging orders by assigned deadlines Requirements for
