POS Configuration Specialist Responsibilities:

• Read and follow detailed instructions outlined on work travel sheets and staging documentation
• Follow ESD Procedures
• Receive staging and testing orders and verify that all parts, equipment, and counts are correct
• Set up and configure a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, scanners, printers, PCs, point-of-sale (POS) systems, battery backups, cash drawers, and tablets
• Follow procedures to set up and configure equipment for specific store requirements
• Learn and use diagnostic software to confirm equipment functionality
• Ensure each order meets customer-specific configuration and quality standards
• Complete order documentation and required paperwork
• Complete staging orders by assigned deadlines Requirements for

POS Configuration Specialist:

• A+ Certification
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
