DevOps & CI/CD risk management Guidewire Platform sdlc production support GOSU We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Configuration Lead to drive the design development and implementation of Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter BillingCenter andor ClaimCenter platforms The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership mentor development teams collaborate with business stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of Guidewire configuration initiatives aligned with business objectives
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead Guidewire configuration and customization activities across PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter Design scalable and maintainable solutions using Guidewire best practices Review technical designs code and implementation approaches to ensure quality and compliance Provide guidance on Guidewire configuration components including:
Product Model PCF Page Configuration Format Typelists Gosu Programming Business Rules Workflows Data Model Extensions Integrations Development Delivery :
Lead a team of Guidewire developers and configuration specialists Participate in requirement analysis and solution design workshops Translate business requirements into technical specifications Estimate effort identify risks and support project planning activities Ensure adherence to coding standards development processes and SDLC methodologies
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business analysts architects QA teams and product owners Communicate technical solutions and project status to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Support production deployments and postimplementation activities
Quality Governance:
Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices Ensure application performance scalability security and maintainability Support defect resolution and root cause analysis Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Guidewire practice
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field 8 years of software development experience 5 years of Guidewire configuration and development experience Strong expertise in Guidewire Insurance Suite applications PolicyCenter ClaimCenter BillingCenter Hands-on experience with Gosu programming Experience with Guidewire Cloud or onpremise implementations Strong understanding of Guidewire architecture and integration patterns Experience leading development teams and managing technical deliverables

Guidewire ACE Certified Developer Guidewire ACE Certified Integration Specialist AWS Azure Cloud Certifications SAFe Agile or Scrum Certifications The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $52.27/hour - $81.67/hour.
