Type:

full-time Lucas James Talent Partners is partnering with a growing consulting firm to hire a Consultant who enjoys solving problems, working with clients, and taking on a variety of business and technology-focused projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of professional experience who wants to continue building their consulting, analytical, and client-facing skills while gaining exposure to different projects, industries, and business challenges. What You'll Do In this role, you'll work alongside clients and internal teams to understand business challenges, analyze information, develop solutions, and help move projects from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities may include:

Analyze business processes, data, systems, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement. Gather and document business requirements, project needs, and key findings. Support the development and implementation of business and technology solutions. Create client-ready presentations, analyses, reports, documentation, and other project deliverables. Participate in client meetings, working sessions, and project discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects moving forward and ensure high-quality results. Help organize project plans, priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adapt to changing priorities and help solve problems that may not always have a clearly defined answer. Able to balance multiple priorities while remaining organized and accountable. Qualifications 1-3 years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, technology, operations, project delivery, analytics, professional services, or a related environment. Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; comparable professional experience will also be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment. Experience creating professional presentations, analyses, documentation, or other business deliverables. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel . Previous client-facing, consulting, project-based, or cross-functional experience preferred. Comfortable working in environments where priorities may shift and problems are not always clearly defined.

Compensation:
