Relevant Experience:

Gain experience related to your program of study or future career goals. Provide technical support and assistance to faculty, staff and students in the School of Information Technology.

• Responsible for the installation and maintenance of lab computers, including inventory and organization of equipment.
• Provide assistance in setting up computers, and support of computer hardware and software in the School of IT Lab.
• Provide assistance for personal computer and network setup, configuration, testing, installation, troubleshooting, and support.
• Provide assistance with classroom resources and devices.
• Assist in special project completion and IT competitions.
• Provides support to School of IT student clubs and groups.
• Peer tutoring of School of IT students.
• Be willing and able to work independently sometimes.
• Answer department phones promptly in a professional manner and greet in-person students/visitors. To Qualify for our Federal Work Study program students: Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Students must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours each semester.
• Students must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress as determined by the Financial Aid Office.
• Students must have a current and completed FAFSA on file.
• Student must demonstrate financial need.
