Why This Role Matters:
The Data & Systems Support Analyst will provide technical support and subject matter expertise for Property & Casualty (P&C) administration platforms with a specialization in Claims systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, usability, and effectiveness of Claims technology solutions while delivering a high level of customer service to business stakeholders. Experience with WCXP (Insurity or similar Platform) and a strong understanding of the Claims process are highly preferred.
How You'll Contribute:
Provide day-to-day production support for P&C Claims administration platforms, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and incidents. Partner with business users, vendors, and IT teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as appropriate. Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities, ensuring solutions align with Claims business requirements. Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including technical knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and incident resolution steps. Deliver effective communication and customer service, ensuring business partners are informed and supported throughout the issue resolution process. Collaborate with Claims operations and cross-functional IT teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements. Provide end-user training and support as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years of IT support experience within the Property & Casualty insurance industry; direct experience with Claims systems preferred. Excellent writing and documentation skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Working knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting with visual workflow designers.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with insurance compliance and regulatory requirements in Claims processing. WCXP Experience and Claims process knowledge highly preferred. SQL or reporting/data analysis skills for data validation and troubleshooting. Experience supporting system integrations within the P&C insurance environment.
Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors such as market location, job-related skills, and experience.
