Payroll Systems Analyst Compensation:

$ 40 - 46 /hour, depending on experience

Location:

Kansas City, Missouri Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Systems Analyst to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a payroll systems professional who enjoys being hands-on with configuration, testing, and implementation support. You'll play a key role in a major payroll and HR systems transformation, helping translate payroll processes into SAP and supporting the team through stabilization and long-term maintenance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Support payroll system configuration and implementation activities Translate payroll processes into SAP-based workflows Validate configurations and test system functionality Partner with consultants and system integrators Assist with system stabilization and issue resolution Support payroll operations during the transition period Help maintain the system after implementation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of payroll systems experience preferred Strong SAP experience required or strongly preferred SuccessFactors experience highly relevant Hands-on payroll system configuration experience Experience supporting testing and implementation efforts Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

ERP-to-SAP transition experience Background in payroll process improvement
