Description Delaware Nation Industries is looking for a Software Deployment Specialist to provide comprehensive Client Management Support Services to help IRS Criminal Investigation maintain reliable, secure, and accountable technology operations across domestic and international locations. The contract supports the effective management, deployment, maintenance, testing, and disposition of government technology assets, while promoting operational readiness, service quality, compliance, and continuous support for mission-critical business activities. The Software Deployment Specialist is responsible for designing, packaging, testing, and deploying enterprise software using tools such as MECM and Intune, leading complex deployments and troubleshooting efforts, developing automation and deployment standards, ensuring compliance with security and configuration requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high deployment success and SLA performance, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
