Job Description

Job Overview Seeking motivated candidates for an Entry-Level Asset Management position within the Client Branch. This role plays a key part in supporting the Client's technology lifecycle by ensuring accurate asset tracking and coordinating electronic scrap activities throughout Kentucky. Position Overview This entry-level role is responsible for assisting with the full lifecycle of technology assets, including inventory management, documentation, and logistical coordination. A key function of the position involves traveling across the Commonwealth of Kentucky to pick up, transport, and help process electronic scrap items from various partner agencies and distribution points. Primary Responsibilities
  • Support asset lifecycle tracking and documentation
  • Travel statewide to coordinate and collect electronic scrap items
  • Assist with organizing, staging, and processing surplus and scrap equipment
  • Provide logistical support for incoming and outgoing hardware
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with AMB operational procedures
  • Collaborate with the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team in daily operations Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and logistical skills
  • Good communication abilities
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware and peripheral components
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
  • Valid driver's license
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Comfort operating larger vehicles (e.g., box truck) is a plus
  • Forklift certification preferred but not required Work Environment This is an onsite role that involves hands on work with physical inventory, technology hardware, and statewide scrap operations.

INDSP Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
