Develop detailed functional specifications to guide development efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system goals and deliverables. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes. Assist in the design and testing of software applications to ensure quality and performance. Create and maintain system documentation Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualification Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Ability to collaborate with others throughout the organization Strong communication skills Well organized and attention to detail, willing to take initiative and learn, good time management skills, and ability to work independently Entry-level experience in software development Preferred Qualification Major in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or similar technical degree Experience with CX Sales, CRM, or similar customer relationship management platforms Experience with Oracle Fusion configuration, maintenance, or implementation Experience providing technical support for a cloud-based enterprise system Experience with coding languages, Web Clients, and Web Services a plus Experience with automated builds and deployment Experience with unit testing technologies Experience with database design and querying tools such as SQL Experience with reporting tools Basic understanding of systems analysis, design, and requirements gathering Familiarity with business processes and IT Systems Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and support tasks License and Insurability A valid driver's license and insurability under company policy are required.
