Key Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. IT background preferred but not required. College coursework, a degree, technical training, certifications, or relevant professional experience is preferred but not required. IT, software support, project coordination, operations, administration, or customer-service experience is a plus but not required. Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new web-based platforms and software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and requests. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain problems, requirements, and updates in practical, easy-to-understand language. Self-motivated and willing to independently research unfamiliar topics and learn new systems. Ability to work effectively with employees, department leaders, vendors, and software developers. Reliable transportation and willingness to provide occasional support at other company locations.
