Recently worked with either ServiceNow, Salesforce (as a ticketing system), Sailpoint or Avanti
Helpdesk knowledge - Ticketing Project
Work on different infrastructure initiatives
They are doing a helpdesk integration to be the front end to sail point for requesting access. Responsibilities
Write Test plans and requirements
Provide some QA support
Business requirements and technology requirements are written appropriately Requirements
A business systems analyst who worked on infrastructure projects
Recently worked with either ServiceNow, Salesforce (as a ticketing system) Sailpoint or Avanti
Helpdesk knowledge - Ticketing
Someone that can work independently
Someone proactive
