What You Will DoGather requirements and collaborate with functional team on design of integrations, extensions, reports, and conversionsConnect to Finance team business goals, priorities, key performance indicators, and operational impactsResolve reported defects and maintain solution statusInitiate and maintain Lean Specification mapping documents for all integrations, legacy Guardian system, and Infor systemsConsult with Infor functional and technical resources to complete any necessary information for completion of Lean SpecSupport solution and integration testingDrive timely resolutions of issues impacting businessProvideGuardianinstitutional knowledge to stakeholdersFacilitate stakeholder conversations and translate technical detail into business insightValidate logic/configuration, and lead pre-release and user acceptance testingSupport change control and keep system documentation and compliance currentStay current on relevant technologies and best practices Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Demonstrated experience as a business systems analyst or a comparable role
• Experience using ERP systems such INFOR M3, Infor Cloud Suite, SAP, etc.
• Experience delivering software solutions end-to-end with business and technical teams
• Working knowledge of how software solutions are designed, configured, and delivered What Will Put You Ahead
