Job Description

Job Summary Provides coordinated support for the College's component units through well-organized documentation, project tracking, meeting coordination, and communication with both internal teams and external partners. The role helps connect financial information between the President's Office, Business Partners and the CFO to ensure clarity across projects, while contributing to the creation and maintenance of SOPs that promote consistent and efficient operations. Job Duties 1. Maintains organized digital and physical records for component units. 2. Tracks project activity and gathers status updates. 3. Coordinates meeting logistics, prepares materials, and documents follow-up actions. 4. Facilitates communication between the President's Office, business partners, and the CFO regarding financial information. 5. Supports basic financial monitoring related to project costs and revenue. 6. Creates and updates SOPs to strengthen process consistency. 7. Documents and maintains key information related to the College's component units. 8. Assists with internal and external partner communication as needed. Required Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience Strong organizational and communication skills Works well with people at all levels inside and outside the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
