Overview The System Analyst (Supplier Portal) will be responsible for supporting the Supplier Collaboration Portal day-to-day operations and development.
Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with Global business stakeholders & partner teams on requests/issues that impact the Supplier Collaboration Portal and be able to manage, assign & take them to resolution
  • Troubleshoots and escalates issues reported by Suppliers and Internal users within the Supplier Collaboration platform. Consults with users to identify issues, provide guidance, and resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all Supplier Portal methodologies, policies, and procedures are maintained.
  • Identify application and utilization issues, and gaps in functionality or processes, and drive timely resolution with other business teams.
  • Identify opportunities for improved training and provide documentation for users (Internal and External).
  • Maintain Knowledge Base, Training Materials, and User/Configuration guides for Supplier Collaboration Portal.
  • Support future Supplier Portal feature launches by testing and ensuring quality of supplier experience.
  • Provide support for validation and coordination of Supplier Onboarding processes and new user onboarding for Suppliers.
  • Ability to effectively present information to management and other business groups. Skills
  • Understanding of Liferay Portal/DXP, Enterprise CMS, and Digital Experience Platform Implementation.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile Scrum Methodologies, User Experience Development, Portal/Digital Technologies, and Web Application Development Tech Space.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and procure-to-pay processes within a Manufacturing industry.
  • Expert knowledge of digital integrations and ability to design effective solutions by understanding the digital landscape.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience developing and delivering training curriculums.
  • Prior experience with large digital implementation or technology change management process.
