Job Description
- Provide ongoing support for Athena applications and related business processes.
- Support Athena optimization projects and identify opportunities to improve application functionality and performance.
- Perform Athena configuration activities based on business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Athena application issues and configuration-related problems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
- Support project activities related to Athena enhancements, configuration, and optimization initiatives.
- Participate in testing, validation, and implementation activities for application changes.
- Provide project coordination and status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain appropriate documentation for configurations, support activities, and project deliverables. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting Athena.
- Hands-on Athena configuration expertise.
- Experience supporting application optimization projects.
- Project management experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare or healthcare technology environments.
- Experience working on enterprise application support and optimization initiatives.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technology projects.
