We are actively seeking a Order Management Specialist to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love! This role's primary responsibility will be will be to proactively manage communication, data integrity, and issue resolution between key customers, co-packers, and internal teams to support on-time, in-full delivery performance As our Order Management Specialist, you'll make an impact by: Managing the end-to-end customer order process, including receipt, entry, validation, and tracking—using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and ERP systems. Serving as the primary liaison between customers, co-packers, and internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) to ensure timely, professional, and aligned communication. Coordinating outbound logistics and truck scheduling to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while avoiding capacity issues. Overseeing and reconciling purchase orders, goods receipts, and co-packer inventories to ensure accurate inventory positions and financial reporting. Ensuring pricing compliance, product availability, and adherence to contracts and commercial agreements with co-packers. Investigating and resolve order-related issues, delivery discrepancies, customer deductions, chargebacks, and compliance fines according to company policy.
What you need to succeed:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related field. Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data, develop insights, and support reporting needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of influencing and collaborating across function Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms What we have for you: A growing team making a difference in the lives of pets and pet families.
