This role focuses on improving operational efficiency through technology, workflow management, process standardization, user support, systems training, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position acts as a bridge between business operations and technology platforms, ensuring employees can effectively utilize systems while supporting the development of scalable processes, documentation, reporting, and workflow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong systems thinking, enjoy solving operational challenges, understand multiple software platforms, and help teams improve efficiency and consistency. Core Responsibilities Training Coordinate and deliver systems training for new and existing employees Assist employees with business system utilization and best practices Track training completion, system adoption, and user support needs Documentation Create and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, training materials, and process guides Assist in implementing and maintain documentation repositories Ensure documentation remains current and aligned with business processes Operational Support Organize schedules, records, files, operational workflows, and cross-functional administrative processes Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication Track onboarding progress, training completion, compliance-related documentation, and operational follow-through Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication Administration Update user accounts and permissions Coordinate software related activities such as announcements, testing, and user adoption efforts Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation Serve as a communication point for reporting system-related issues Workflow Support cross-functional projects involving business systems, operational processes, and technology integration through documentation and training Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and communicate resolutions across the organization Skills & Experience Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software platforms Strong systems thinking and process improvement mindset Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional handling of confidential information Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, training materials, and workflow guides (preferred) Experience supporting CRM, ERP, HRIS, project management, workflow automation, or other business systems (preferred) Ability to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for increased efficiency (preferred) Ideal Candidate Profile Naturally curious about how systems, processes, and teams work together Process-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Comfortable working across departments and organizational levels Highly organized with strong follow-through Adaptable and capable of managing changing priorities Enjoys helping users become more effective with technology and processes Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence Pay range is dependent on education and experience. Position may be eligible for end of year discretionary bonus
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
