Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced ERP Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance ERP systems and related business applications in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP application support, SQL, IBM i/AS400 , and user support. Experience with Infor LX/BPCS is highly preferred, but candidates with strong manufacturing ERP experience may also be considered. Key Responsibilities Support end users with ERP-related questions, issues, and requests. Troubleshoot ERP and business application issues and coordinate resolutions. Develop ad hoc and special reports using SQL . Extract, analyze, and validate ERP data. Support ERP installations, configurations, patches, upgrades, testing, and change management. Work with software vendors and external technical resources to resolve application issues. Create and maintain business forms using Compleo . Maintain and refresh software test environments. Support data imports/exports, including BOMs, pricing, and other key business data. Maintain Webtop analytical dashboards and views. Create and maintain IDF objects, views, subsets, and sorts. Troubleshoot and maintain LX and Touchpath databases. Create and monitor Robot scheduled jobs and ensure successful completion and report distribution. Manage user profiles, credentials, authentication, and application security. Maintain system documentation, procedures, scripts, and operational records. Monitor IBM iSeries backups and restore archived data when required. Coordinate with off-hours technical support when necessary. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or 4-5 years of relevant IT/ERP experience . Experience supporting ERP systems and business applications. Experience with SQL for reporting, data analysis, and data validation. Experience with IBM i / AS400 / iSeries environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with end users, technical teams, vendors, and consultants. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
