As a GenAI Functional Analyst, you will be part of the CFO organization supporting various lines of business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and leadership qualities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Lead end-to-end functional ownership of GenAI initiatives, including summarization and chatbot solutions, from requirements gathering through UAT and delivery. Engage with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements and influence senior leadership. Collaborate with technical teams to define, build, and test AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs. Create comprehensive business and technical requirements, including FSDs and BRDs, and obtain necessary sign-offs. Support data sourcing, validation, and ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions within the finance domain. What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year of professional experience managing end-to-end GenAI projects, with proficiency in prompt design and working knowledge of large language models, embeddings, and vector databases. Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively across various organizational levels. Hands-on experience with Python and SQL, with the ability to build POCs and work with AI tools and terminologies. Over 10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in a delivery-focused role. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a keen eye for detail and risk management. What's in it for me?
