Description and Requirements Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking an early-career Technical Project & Program Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of server infrastructure solutions. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, operations, and project management. As part of the team, you will help coordinate projects that involve server hardware, networking equipment, and deployment processes. You will work with engineering, services, operations, and business teams to ensure technical solutions move smoothly from concept to implementation while meeting customer and business requirements. This position offers hands-on exposure to enterprise server technologies and provides an excellent foundation for a career in technical program management. What You'll Do Support the planning, execution, and tracking of technical infrastructure projects. Coordinate activities across engineering, services, operations, and product teams. Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, and dependency management. Help document technical processes, workflows, deployment procedures, and implementation requirements. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status updates. Identify project risks, roadblocks, and process gaps, and assist in developing mitigation plans. Support server and networking-related deployment initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned on deliverables and timelines. Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and project execution effectiveness. Learn and apply industry best practices related to enterprise server hardware and infrastructure solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in technical project or program management. Understanding of computer hardware, servers, networking concepts, or data center technologies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Internship, co-op, academic project, or hands-on experience involving servers, IT infrastructure, networking, or hardware deployments. Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools. Experience working in team-based technical environments. Interest in enterprise computing, cloud infrastructure, data centers, or server technologies. Basic understanding of rack-mounted hardware, networking equipment, or infrastructure deployment processes.
