Full Time Job description Our client is a HUBZone-certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We provide mission-critical support in intelligence, IT, cybersecurity, training, and language and cultural services to U.S. Government customers worldwide.
Essential Job Functions:
Conduct all-source analysis of foreign military capabilities and complex target systems. Analyze systems, networks, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and operational capabilities. Collaborate with multiple intelligence agencies and organizations to develop assessments and build analytic consensus. Produce and present detailed intelligence assessments, reports, and briefings. Apply structured analytic techniques and established Intelligence Community tradecraft. Support targeting and operational planning requirements.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance required. Bachelor's degree. Minimum 5 years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst. Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems. Experience collaborating across multiple intelligence agencies or organizations. Experience producing and presenting long-form intelligence products. Strong knowledge of analytic tradecraft, critical thinking, and structured analysis.
Desired Skills:
Experience as a Target System Analyst or Targeting Analyst. Experience analyzing military capabilities within the European Theater. Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle and Joint Planning Process. Master's degree.
