Core Responsibilities:
Designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements reports and enhancements to software programming applications; Develops ad hoc reports against the Credit Union's data for the user community, utilizing Symitar software, T-SQL, and SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS) Power BI or other reporting tools; Supports and installs software applications; Develops specifications and code using SQL, scripting, and proprietary software languages; Works either independently or as a project team member to define system requirements and business requirements; Acts as a consultant on projects, providing technical expertise as needed; Responds to end-user calls for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and guidance; Works closely with vendors/software subcontractors for the deployment of software solutions, monitoring, triage, and resolution of complex issues; Provides production support for day-to-day operations of Third-Party Systems within the Credit Union; Ensures that appropriate documentation and procedures are in place for each production system developed or enhanced; Lead the project team or business users in the execution of data validation and quality; Provide documentation, technical specifications, and infrastructure requirements for each project; Continuously monitor industry trends, standards, and technologies. Research, recommend, and apply new technologies as they emerge; Design interactive reports and dashboards using visualizations that help users quickly identify expectations and processes requiring attention; Participate in on-call or on-site work to provide 24/7 coverage and support for critical application systems, services, or operations failure; Any other duties or responsibilities, as required or assigned;
Requirements:
Two to four years of related experience; High knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS), Power BI, or other reporting tools; Experience with Low-Code/No-Code, Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate High proficiency in applications used by the Credit Union and supported by the Information System Department, such as (but not limited to) JHA EASE, FICS, ITC, and SMA High knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, MS Project; High knowledge of banking or Credit Union policies and procedures; Experience in developing systems and business requirements, designing reports and specifications; Experience with OPCON or any other job automation scheduler; Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work efficiently and quickly on multiple priorities with software applications; Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of cross-functional and cross-vendor teams;
Pay:
$62,015.42 - $79,106.03 per year
