Your Role:
The Business Analyst (Agentic Workflows) functions as a key member of the Process Innovation team, serving as a subject matter expert in bridging traditional business requirements with advanced, automated agentic systems. You are an organized, detailed, and proactive communicator who excels in a deadline-driven environment. You will be responsible for translating complex business problems into automated, agent-based workflows that optimize campaign execution, data reconciliation, and operational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
Evaluate complex business use cases and process bottlenecks to determine feasibility and design optimal agentic workflow solutions.
Process Translation:
Translate approved business requirements into granular functional specifications, prompt engineering guidelines, and logic flows for agent development.
Workflow Design & Optimization:
Design, architect, and manage intelligent, agent-based workflows to streamline end-to-end digital program implementation (data ingestion, program setup, and reporting).
System Integration:
Partner with technical teams to integrate autonomous agents into existing internal business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational continuity.
Collaboration:
Participate in cross-functional meetings, supporting functional capability discussions, and partnering with internal stakeholders to prioritize areas for future automation and enhancement.
Documentation:
Own the development and maintenance of internal documentation for agentic workflows, SOPs, and technical implementation guides. To succeed in this role, you will need:
Education:
BA, BS, or equivalent relevant experience required.
Experience:
4+ years of experience in business or technical analysis, with a strong focus on data-driven solutions or operations.
Agentic/Automation Experience:
Demonstrated experience designing, managing, or auditing automated, agentic, or LLM-based workflows. Ability to articulate logic flows and handle exception management within automated systems.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical capabilities; ability to troubleshoot unexpected campaign or workflow challenges using data-driven logic.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong command of Google Workspace and MS Office Suite (advanced Excel). Familiarity with backend data infrastructure or ad management systems (e.g., Vertica, DFP) is highly preferred.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across R D, commercial, and client-facing teams.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries strongly desired.
Salary range:
$90,000 - $105,000
Bonus Eligible:
This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
