- We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Gaming Marketing Systems Analyst to serve as the primary marketing analytics, systems administration, and business intelligence resource for the ownership group.

- Key Responsibilities
- Design, measure, and optimize direct marketing and media campaigns using testing and incrementality methodologies.
- Analyze gaming performance metrics including ADT, trip frequency, theoretical win, reinvestment, profitability, and retention.
- Ownership over online presence and all web platforms
- Administer patron management systems, player tracking systems, loyalty platforms, and marketing technologies.
- Monitor and upkeep of all Lodge web
- Manage audience segmentation, campaign deployment, user administration, and data integrity.
- Implement gaming promotions and track their effectiveness and profitability
- Present findings and recommendations directly to ownership and business leaders.
- Partner with operations, marketing, finance, and IT to improve business performance and customer engagement.
- Ability to connect analytics to business outcomes (CLV, Incremental revenue, profitability)
- Make recommendations on upgrades and or hardware replacement for assigned applications
- Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Desire to understand a broad range of operations within the company.
- Experience in marketing analytics, CRM, loyalty marketing, database marketing, or customer analytics.
- Strong knowledge of POS/Aloha
- both front & back of house
- Experience with Konami Synkros (Slot Gaming)
- Experience administering marketing, loyalty, CRM, or patron management systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience implementing enterprise wide PMS' such as Quick books or Appfolio or Baseline Preferred
- Casino gaming, hospitality, entertainment, or loyalty marketing experience.
- Experience with Konami systems, player tracking platforms, and gaming databases.
- Experience with the following programs a plus: Snowflake, Python.
- Experience with web based data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with patron management systems, player tracking platforms, and gaming data storage.
- Experience supporting multi-property or multi-unit operations.
- Work Environment
- Full-time, on-site position based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- Travel as needed for property visits and cross-property collaboration.
Flexible Hours Pay:
$75,000.00- $95,000.
